You will handle warranties, pricing, and part substitutions while processing orders and maintaining records. The position emphasizes relationship-building with customers, cross-selling, and timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year of related experience.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and other needed information.
• Advise customers on substitutions when a part is not available.
• Process orders: entry, pricing, quantities, shipping data, and potential dispatch.
• Follow up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
