Job summary

Banner Engineering, a leader in industrial automation, seeks a driven Inside Sales Support professional in Minnesota. You will partner with account managers, understand Banner products, and nurture customer interest while tracking progress in our sales system.

Reporting to the Channel Sales Director, you’ll support cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers. You will build relationships, manage quotes, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent technical education plus 3 years of industry experience.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with existing direct customers and serve as the principal point of contact.
• Act as inside sales sponsor for assigned accounts and support external sales team.
• Create Salesforce opportunities by researching and identifying potential new accounts.
• Input bills of materials and support quotation process driven by Banner sales staff.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders progress smoothly.
• Travel to client sites as needed to align with Banner sales strategy.
