Job summary

Banner Engineering Corp. is seeking a Sales Support role to work with sales managers and direct customers. You will help supply services using internal resources, nurture customer interest, and understand Banner’s products and target markets.

The role reports to the Channel Sales Director and requires collaboration across departments. The position emphasizes building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and driving growth while traveling to client sites as needed and managing orders and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Salesforce and MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with existing direct customers as their primary Banner contact.
• Act as inside sales sponsor based on a defined account list.
• Create Salesforce opportunities by researching and identifying new accounts.
• Use sales research tools to uncover business insights and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategic account team on project awareness and order expediting.
• Input bills of materials and support quotation processes.
• Receive and follow up on customer requests and concerns.
• Visit client locations as needed in tandem with Banner sales team.
