Westlake Chemical in Canada is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to process and track orders received via multiple channels. You will liaise with internal departments to communicate shipment schedules, handle inquiries about shortages, back orders, and quality issues, and ensure proper documentation is filed in accordance with SOX policies.

• 5-7 years of Inside Sales/Customer Service experience.
• Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Post-secondary education in business management or equivalent field of study preferred.
• JDE or other mainline ERP such as SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Input orders into JDE relating to prices, terms of sale, product, quantity, ship-to and customer instructions.
• Complete all necessary paperwork required per sales orders.
• Maintain system accuracy on all sales orders and back orders and update dates accordingly.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to maintain service levels and ensure SOX compliance.
