CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a global manufacturing company in the Westlake, TX area. You will support the sales and logistics teams by processing purchase orders, reviewing shipping documentation, and providing customer service to clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, experience with contracts and customer orders, and have great customer support experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 2 years of relevant experience; HS diploma with 5 years accepted.
• Detail oriented, able to work independently in an office setting.
• Experience processing both domestic and international orders.

Responsibilities

• Process and track domestic and international customer orders with logistics coordination and documentation accuracy.
• Provide order support and timely communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain and manage order records ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations.
