Molex, a global leader in connectivity solutions based in Fremont, is seeking a customer service professional to support our Optical Solutions Business Unit. You will manage customer orders and inquiries, providing timely support and building strong relationships with customers.

You should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, be proficient in SAP, and have strong Excel skills. The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 annually, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing service role.
• Experience working in SAP.
• Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the status and schedule of all customer Orders, Returns, Complaints and Requests.
• Ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved.
• Prepare analysis reports to improve programs and communication.
