Molex in Bridgewater Township is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to support its Optical Solutions Business Unit. In this role, you'll manage customer orders, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and maintaining program schedules.

At Molex, a global leader in connectivity solutions, you'll support fast-growing, innovative businesses within our Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU), where speed and accuracy matter. You'll partner closely with Sales Account Managers and customers to manage quoting, track orders, and keep programs moving forward. You'll turn data into clear insights, stay on top of critical requests, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Most importantly, you'll build strong relationships through timely, reliable support.

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000 - $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
