Job summary

Molex is hiring a Sales Manager for Data Centers in the United States to manage large hyperscale customers and drive revenue growth. You will lead high-touch engagement, develop account plans, and coordinate with engineering, marketing and product teams to deliver optical connectivity solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to respond to RFQs, build a strong pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts while ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Product Management.
• Experience serving customers in telecommunications or data communications industry.
• Experience working within fiber optic components, modules, optical systems, and silicon products.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned customer revenue to support the global sales target.
• Manage customer satisfaction and cultivate relationships across all levels.
• Create new opportunity pipelines for existing and new products.
• Execute and close on current pipeline opportunities and turn them into revenue.
• Coordinate responses to RFQs and price negotiations with stakeholders.
• Gather business intelligence and report findings on the competitive landscape.
• Define opportunities and prioritize customer engagement, projects or targets.
• Provide reliable forecasts and reporting to support operations.
