Employment Solutions is partnering with a growing company to hire an Inside Sales Administrator for their Indianapolis office. This full-time, direct hire role sits at the center of a small, collaborative team where you will keep customers cared for, orders moving, and the office running smoothly.

You will handle order management, customer support, logistics coordination, inventory management, purchasing, and light finance tasks while providing essential office administration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales administration or customer support experience, preferably in a packaging/industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with order management, invoicing, and customer queries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full customer order process from quotation and entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Handle customer service queries on orders, stock, and delivery status.
• Coordinate delivery scheduling and book freight to meet customer needs.
