Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service, sales support, or account management.
• Experience with billing / invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline, Oracle, SAP) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

This role is 100% onsite.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and exceptional service.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and other documentation to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and transactions within company systems and ERP platforms.
• Support regulatory documentation, order fulfillment, and ongoing customer communications.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of related experience (customer service, sales support, or account management)
• Experience assisting with billing / invoicing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Syteline, Oracle, SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
