Job summary

CPM Holdings, Inc is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator in Northern Kentucky to handle inbound calls, process orders, and manage warranties. The role offers interaction with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure accurate order entry and timely responses to customer inquiries.

You will coordinate orders, process RGAs, assist outside sales, and prepare precise quotations to support growth and customer satisfaction within CPM's diverse product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls to place orders and address inquiries.
• Coordinate orders by entering data and validating against manufacturing requirements.
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGA) and route warranty items to Engineering.
• Support warranty analysis and coordinate with Sales for new or rework orders.
• Coordinate sales activities with outside sales representatives and manage quotes.
• Prepare quotations by gathering requirements and pricing information.
• Conduct outbound calls to solicit new customers and freight quotations.
