Job summary

Commonwealth Inc. is hiring a Customer Service associate for on-site work in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. You will manage inbound receipts, outbound orders, and inventory questions, coordinating with floors, carriers, and the customer’s operations team.

Role requires experience in warehouse customer service, comfort with WMS/ERP, and clear written communication. This is an on-site position with opportunities to grow into lead or account-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse customer service, shipping/receiving, or a similar operations desk.
• Comfort with WMS or ERP screens, email, and phone in a busy dock environment
• Clear written communication and a calm approach when a load does not go to plan
• Ability to work on-site during warehouse operating hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound receipts and outbound shipments using the warehouse management system
• Confirm appointment windows, dock assignments, and order status with customers and carriers
• Investigate short ships, OS&D, and inventory discrepancies and document outcomes
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy with the warehouse team
• Escalate exceptions early to protect customer commitments
