Job summary

Sena Technologies, Inc. in Irving, TX, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to own end-to-end order operations and support the sales organization.

You will lead the order operations team, standardize workflows, and ensure timely, accurate order processing from receipt through fulfillment. You will oversee NetSuite ERP order processes, collaborate with warehouse, finance, and customer service, and drive reporting and SOP improvements to streamline order-to-cash.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales order operations with 1+ year of team lead or mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics (order accuracy, SLA, issue resolution).
• Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional customer issue resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to interpret order and operational data to identify trends.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales order operations from receipt to fulfillment.
• Lead inside sales team and optimize order management workflows.
• Manage NetSuite ERP order processes and SOP governance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and customer service.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports.
• Review order exceptions and non-standard terms within authority.
• Maintain customer and account data in NetSuite.
• Assist with price lists and dealer listings on website.
