• Strong data analysis, insights communication, and results reporting.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems for sales reporting and administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster effective communication with employees, customers, and external stakeholders to uphold service standards.
• Manage and respond to a high volume of email correspondence with timely, policy-aligned responses.
• Oversee and monitor compliance with order processing and payment standards.
• Support sales operations with strategic administrative assistance and alignment with objectives.
• Lead evaluation of sales channel performance to guide decisions and improvements.
• Take on additional administrative and strategic HR projects as needed.
