Job summary

Infinite Electronics, Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Sales Ops Support Lead in Texas to own sales operations systems, processes, and data integrity.

This role will manage ERP enhancements, drive standardization, and ensure accurate customer, pricing, and salesperson data, enabling a stable and scalable sales operations infrastructure. You will partner with IT, Operations, Sales, and leadership to drive automation initiatives and maintain data governance, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in sales operations, ERP/EDI management, process improvement, or operational analytics.
• Experience managing ERP enhancements, system requests, and issue resolution.
• Experience establishing SOPs, work instructions, audit frameworks, and data governance for customer, pricing, and salesperson records.
• Skilled in driving automation, change management, and process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Define priorities and use cases for ERP enhancements, system requests, and issue management to align with business objectives.
• Establish ownership and documentation standards for SOPs and work instructions, ensuring processes are consistent and accessible.
• Build and maintain an audit framework to monitor process compliance, data integrity, and operational standards.
• Support and drive the automation roadmap and change management standards to improve efficiency and scalability in sales operations.
• Enforce data governance policies for customer records, pricing files, and salesperson codes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Standardize EDI onboarding and transaction processes for consistent execution.
• Partner with leadership to govern ERP enhancements, requests, and issue resolution with IT and Operations.
• Maintain and own SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation for continuous improvement.
• Lead EDI onboarding and support ongoing transaction operations for smooth workflows.
• Conduct regular audits to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and standardize processes.
