Job summary

SENA Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Irving, TX, to support daily logistics, warehouse operations, and 3PL collaboration. You will serve as the liaison between the company and its logistics partner to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate data reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong Excel and ERP/CRM experience (NetSuite preferred), and the ability to adapt to evolving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics in a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations and communications with the 3PL warehouse.
• Coordinate logistics requirements with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate daily activities and ad hoc requests with 3PL partners to support timely order processing and shipment.
• Gather and disseminate planning and scheduling information between internal departments and external partners.
• Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of supply chain workflows and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.
• Leverage ERP system data to support inventory management, order tracking, and performance reporting.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned in support of supply chain operations.
