Job summary

Richards Building Supply in Loveland, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support contractors and professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers select the right products. This is a full-time, on-site role with a stable schedule and growth opportunities.

You will handle inbound/outbound interactions, process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers. Spanish is a plus but not required; travel up to 10% may be needed.

• Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Complete various administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM experience a plus!).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge is a plus—but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
• Spanish-speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).
• High-level of customer service skills

$23 - $25 an hour

Compensation is based on knowledge of our business and years of experience.
