Richards Building Supply is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to be the backbone of our contractor relationships. You will provide expert guidance and support, helping customers select the right products for their projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales or distribution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required.

• Industry knowledge is a plus—but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
• Spanish-speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).
