Job summary

RBO Technology, LLC in Texas seeks an Inside Sales Representative for materials and box sales. You will grow material-only and box sales by supporting existing accounts and expanding spend across contractors, integrators, and end users, focusing on quote-to-order execution and accurate pricing.

You will collaborate with outside sales, estimating, procurement, and vendors to deliver fast fulfillment, manage multiple quotes, and ensure timely order processing while maintaining CRM/ERP records.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of inside sales or material sales experience in low-voltage, electrical, or construction-related industries.
• Familiarity with box sales and account-based selling.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Texas residency required; ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow assigned accounts focused on material-only and box sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer material orders.
• Quote cameras, hardware, cable, devices, racks, accessories, and related materials.
• Support outside sales with project and service material pricing.
• Follow up on quotes to close orders.
• Communicate pricing, lead times, and availability clearly.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records.
