LKQ Corporation is seeking a strategic Sales Lead to drive revenue growth in our Florida operations. You will develop and execute marketing and sales plans, monitor results, and guide a team to exceed objectives.

You’ll resolve customer issues and help implement quality improvements across the organization. The role requires leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Formación

• 5+ years in a senior lead or supervisory role in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; automotive experience desired.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for revenue growth.
• Set, track and report on key sales initiatives and goals.
• Resolve customer service issues and support the Inside Sales team.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Promote continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
