Job summary

The role includes supervising the sales team, hiring and training staff, and reporting on key initiatives. Strong MS Office skills and automotive knowledge are a plus for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years in a senior lead/supervisor role or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to convey product information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing/sales plans and monitor results.
• Analyze or resolve customer service issues and assist inside sales in resolution.
• Set, track, and report on key sales initiatives.
• Supervise staff: hiring, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
