Qualifications

• AA degree and 2–4 years related experience, or equivalent.

• Ability to run and maintain projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups.
• Strong math skills: fractions, decimals, percentages.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders by phone and email.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products by phone and email.
• Liaise between customer and internal departments.
• Provide quotes and estimates of prices, terms, and delivery.
• Prepare sales tickets and record-keeping.
• Follow up quotations and convert to orders.
