Job summary

OneSource Distributors in California is seeking a sales-oriented team member to handle customer orders, quotations, and pricing while delivering exceptional service. The role requires strong communication and the ability to liaison with multiple internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent education, and a solid understanding of business math and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2–4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and technical procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from small groups.

Responsibilities

• Strives to meet customer expectations with each interaction.
• Receives customer product orders by phone and email.
• Solicits sale of new or additional products by phone and email.
• Liaises between customer and internal departments including credit, purchasing, warehouse, and management.
• Assists with pricing, quotes, and delivery terms for standard and non-standard merchandise.
• Prepares sales tickets and follows up on quotations and orders.
