Responsibilities

• Attract, hire and train new employees.
• Lead Inside Sales and Sales Administration by communicating and managing expectations and job results.
• Coach employees while implementing systems, policies and procedures.
• Facilitate sales-related tasks and maintain a sales database.
• Modify workflow processes to increase productivity.
• Develop relationships among customers, commercial managers and other departments.
• Develop and maintain marketing reports/data to support the commercial department.
• Budget preparation; monitor costs and review invoices.
