You will oversee lead management, forecasting, dashboards, and HubSpot administration to ensure accurate data and consistent processes.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and reliable reporting to support leadership decisions and sales performance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; five years in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or related leadership.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable Inside Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Establish department goals, KPI expectations, workflow standards, and service-level expectations.
• Manage daily sales administration activities, quote support workflows, reporting rhythms, and process documentation.
• Monitor sales pipeline activity, quote-to-order conversion, lead progression, open opportunities, and customer follow-up.
• Prepare sales reports and support leadership with forecasting, planning, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Serve as HubSpot CRM administrator and SME.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, dashboards, and automation.
• Train employees on HubSpot usage and CRM processes.
• Oversee customer service activities including inquiries, order status, escalation, and resolution.
