Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Inside Sales representative in Liberty, MO to act as a liaison between outside sales reps and customers, handling questions, orders, and pricing needs. The role requires excellent communication and strong product knowledge.

You will manage major client accounts, assist with order processing, and coordinate deliveries, while maintaining a professional sales appearance and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of college preferred.
• At least two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between outside sales reps and customers to communicate special requests, pricing needs, marketing opportunities, or unusual circumstances.
• Process orders received by mail, phone, or in person from customers or outside sales reps.
• Account management for major clients.
