Paycom - ATS in Minnesota seeks a Customer Service and Sales Associate to assist walk-in customers with building materials, read blueprints, prepare material lists, and coordinate deliveries. Regular attendance is essential.

You will greet customers, process payments, maintain showroom displays, and support vendor communications while upholding safety standards and standard work. A high school diploma and 2–5 years in lumber are preferred; strong organizational and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in building/lumber industry
• 2–5 years in customer service/sales in lumber industry preferred

Responsabilités

• Greet walk-in customers and answer telephones.
• Recommend and provide advice on a variety of products and services.
• Enter material list into computer.
• Process customer payment.
• Read blueprints to determine material lists.
• Estimate materials and enter estimates into computer.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and products.
• Coordinate with Dispatch regarding delivery times.
• Maintain showroom displays and literature.
• Promote safety and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
