Weaver Popcorn in Carmel, IN is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support customers through the order lifecycle. This in-office role focuses on order processing, logistics coordination, accounts receivable follow-up, customer service, and sales support activities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inside sales or related fields, strong organizational skills, and is proficient in MS Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Mon-Fri schedule with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for order status, questions, and inquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor payments, follow up on invoices, and support sales initiatives.
