Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, sales support, logistics or related field preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working within Monday.com and NetSuite systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for order status updates, product questions, and customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure pricing, shipping, and order information is accurate.
• Coordinate the logistics of product delivery and ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve shipping issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer payment status and follow up on invoices.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Provide administrative support, including sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support customers throughout the order lifecycle. This role is responsible for order processing, logistics coordination, accounts receivable follow-up, customer service, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and is highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Location: This is an in-office role based in our Carmel, IN headquarters.

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Compensation: 65K-72K+ salary range

Customer Support & Order Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for order status updates, product questions, and customer inquiries.

• Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve shipping issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Accounts Receivable Management

• Monitor customer payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Partner with customers and finance to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Provide sales representatives with administrative support, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements
