Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented inside sales professional to handle inbound and outbound calls regarding the availability and suitability of financial products, while updating call results and recording all customer contacts. The role supports new business development and servicing existing clients.

You will assist borrowers with consumer lending products and submit loan applications, helping them manage payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six (6) months of inbound calling experience which includes updating call results, receiving and placing support calls, or other related experience required.
• Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Excel, MS Access, and other related programs.
• Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and be able to multitask.
• Able to sit for long periods of time assisting with telephone calls or other related duties.
• Able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to and take inbound calls from clients to promote lending and related products offered by SWBC's business partners and client; follow department scripting and use appropriate phone etiquette to achieve goals.
• Update call results and enter pertinent information into SWBC and FI databases, maintaining records of all customer contacts.
• Receive and place product support calls to ensure SWBC's services meet market expectations while leveraging SWBC's solutions suite.
• Participate in department meetings or product/technique training as directed by management.
