SWBC is seeking a talented individual for inside sales, placement, and service of SWBC and client’s financial products by facilitating inbound/outbound calls regarding availability and suitability of products/services. You will update call results and records of customer contacts while also producing new business or servicing existing customers.

In this role, you will help borrowers with consumer lending products as well as submit loan applications.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months of inbound calling experience, including updating call results and handling support calls.
• Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills, including MS Excel and MS Access.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to promote lending and related products, following scripts and achieving department goals.
• Update call results and enter pertinent information into SWBC and FI databases.
• Handle product support calls to ensure SWBC services meet expectations and contractual requirements.
• Participate in department meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
• Assist borrowers with consumer lending products and loan applications, including helping with payments.
