Job summary

SWBC is seeking an Account Services Representative (Remote-San Antonio) to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote consumer lending products, and service existing customers. The role focuses on assisting borrowers with payments and submitting loan applications, while updating records and maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of inbound calling experience, with strong PC skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months inbound calling experience or related experience.
• Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel and MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls to and takes inbound phone calls to promote lending and related products offered by SWBC and its partners.
• Updates call results and records all customer contacts in SWBC and FI databases.
• Receives and places product support calls to ensure services meet market and contract expectations.
• Interacts with borrowers to assist with payments and guide loan applications through submission.
• Participates in department meetings or product/technique training as directed by management.
