Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented inside sales professional to handle inbound and outbound calls regarding the availability and suitability of financial products and services. The role includes updating call results and recording customer contacts while generating new business or servicing existing clients.

You will help borrowers with consumer lending products, submit loan applications, and assist with payments, leveraging your customer service skills to contribute to SWBC's mission of excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of inbound calling experience or related experience.
• Experience with consumer lending is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access and related programs.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound/inbound calls to promote lending and related products.
• Update call results and record customer contacts in databases.
• Assist borrowers with payments and loan applications.
• Participate in meetings and training as directed by management.
