National Corporate Housing is seeking an Account Manager to oversee leasing of fully furnished corporate apartments. You will build strong client relationships, manage the full sales process, including paperwork, and deliver exceptional service to business travelers and relocating professionals.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with opportunities for growth across 28+ global offices.

Qualifications

• Proven success record in inside sales (corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.
• Ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Respond to leads within 2 hours for best chances of success.

Responsibilities

• Grow market by increasing unit count and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Drive profitability through pricing, lease negotiations, and new business.
• Generate leads through local marketing and relationship-building.
• Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests; ensure client satisfaction and win business.
• Act as liaison between clients, vendors, and property partners on lease agreements.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to strengthen partnerships and market growth.
