Job summary

Keysight is seeking an accomplished Inside Sales leader to drive a high-performance team in Colorado. You will design scalable inbound and outbound sales motions, coach a diverse group of ISRs/BDRs, and align efforts with field sales and marketing to accelerate growth.

You will establish KPIs, dashboards, and reviews to measure progress, optimize response times, and improve win rates across all segments of ASO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Inside Sales teams in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
• Proven success building or scaling inside sales or SDR/BDR teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM and lead management tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot).
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable growth.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change-management skills.
• Passion for developing people, refining process, and accelerating results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ISRs, SDRs, BDRs, and SPS Managers to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
• Design and implement structured inbound and outbound sales processes.
• Ensure quick, professional handling of inbound inquiries to maximize deal potential.
• Build and execute an outbound prospecting motion to generate new logo opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, tools, and metrics.
• Align inside sales efforts with ASO growth objectives and market priorities.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews to track progress.
