AssuranceAmerica is seeking a senior leadership role in Inside Sales, focusing on leadership development, coaching, and strategic territory execution across multiple regions. You will partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Field leaders to drive production, engagement, and profitability while building future leaders and managing succession plans.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Seven or more years of experience in sales, territory management, agency development, account management, or related business leadership.
• Three to five years of leadership experience managing sales teams, supervisors, or multilevel organizations in a metric-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop regional Inside Sales Supervisors and support staff, ensuring consistent performance expectations.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions covering people management, pipeline management, and business execution.
• Oversee onboarding, sales process training, product education, and systems training in partnership with Learning and Development.
• Identify and develop future leaders, supporting interviewing and succession planning across the organization.
• Drive inside sales strategies focused on agency production, engagement, profitability, retention, and growth.
• Analyze regional performance, sales trends, and pipeline activity to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Partner with regional supervisors and field leaders to develop aligned territory business plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Underwriting, Product, and CRM team on strategic initiatives and reporting.
