You’ll work with an experienced leadership team at a privately owned, growth‑oriented company that values its people, training, and collaboration. A strong track record in sales and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing sales team.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to communicate value, overcome objections.
• Experience using sales metrics and performance data to drive coaching and decisions.
• Ability to leverage CRM platforms, technology, automation, and AI tools to improve sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high‑performing inside sales team by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, providing ongoing training, developing skills in communication, relationship building, industry knowledge, and sales technique
• Drive sales performance by managing sales objectives, analyzing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and leading initiatives that improve results
• Strengthen a consultative, value‑based sales approach by coaching team members to understand customer needs, communicate Ziehler's value, overcome objections, and recommend the right solutions
• Create an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey by ensuring prospective customers receive a professional, solution‑focused experience
• Improve sales effectiveness and scalability by leveraging CRM tools, AI, automation, reporting, and performance data
• Collaborate across teams and with leadership to optimize the customer journey, improve alignment, and support company growth
• Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative team culture that reflects Ziehler Lawn Care's Purpose, Core Values, and Brand Promise
