You’ll partner with leadership to achieve company goals, manage performance, and leverage CRM tools and AI-enabled processes to scale sales and improve efficiency across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals
• Experience leading and coaching a sales team with direct reports
• Strong consultative sales skills and value communication
• Experience using sales metrics for coaching decisions
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, automation, and AI tools
• Leads with strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
