Ziehler Lawn Care is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our inside sales team in Centerville, OH. This on-site role offers a base salary of $80K-$90K plus bonus and a path to drive consultative sales across markets in the Dayton area.

You'll coach a talented team, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving company goals. A strong emphasis on leadership and analytics will be essential for success.
