Job summary

Leaf Home in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales center, set goals for the department, and oversee day-to-day operations. You will staff, coach, and review performance to drive KPI improvements and ensure high-quality customer interactions across all channels.

The role requires 3+ years in Inside Sales/Call Center management, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of Inside Sales/Call Center management experience.
• Ability to analyze reports to improve KPIs.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Calendar review and staffing for day-to-day operations.
• Recruit and interview potential new hires and leadership roles.
• Conduct performance reviews for new hires, veterans, and regional managers.
• Coach training staff and oversee performance post-training.
• Identify improvement areas and set measurable KPI goals for staff.
• Develop personal development plans for reps and managers.
• Review inbound/outbound calls to ensure best practices.
• Conduct coaching and counseling sessions as needed.
• Hold one-on-one, team, and department meetings.
• Administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Review and approve weekly payroll and timesheets.
• Create and edit territory maps for markets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
