You will partner with Operations, Purchasing, and Outside Sales to deliver exceptional experiences, identify process improvements, and support employees in reaching their potential through structured onboarding and continuous coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inside sales, customer service, or sales support teams.
• Leads through coaching, communication, and accountability.

• Experience in distribution, building materials, construction products, manufacturing, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales team members across multiple locations.
