Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in an inside sales, call center, customer retention, or related sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance‑manage a team to achieve measurable goals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer retention strategies, and call center operations.
• Experience analyzing sales performance data, operational metrics, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve or exceed sales and customer experience goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Monitor activity, conversions, retention, and customer satisfaction; adjust strategies as needed.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to strengthen sales techniques and retention skills.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and staffing needs; forecast coverage.
• Partner with management on staffing forecasts and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
