Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or inside sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide customers through product selection, pricing, availability, and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor with merchandising and display upkeep.
• Refill and maintain customer-facing amenities to enhance the in-store experience.
• Operate the cash register, manage the cash drawer, and ensure precise transaction handling.
• Enter, process, and track customer orders using the company’s inventory system.
• Occasionally operate a forklift to pick orders and support warehouse workflow.
• Deliver customer orders in a company vehicle to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Partner with warehouse and sales teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
