Job summary

SteelHold Inc. is seeking a results‑driven Inside Sales/Counter Sales Lead to champion our storefront operations and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

You will manage frontline sales, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse staff to keep inventory accurate and ensure timely local deliveries. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail or inside sales, strong communication skills, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or inside sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the sales counter with a professional demeanor.
• Guide customers through product selection, pricing, availability and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked sales floor and merchandising.
• Refill and maintain customer amenities to enhance the in-store experience.
• Operate the cash register, manage the cash drawer, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Enter, process, and track customer orders using the company’s inventory system.
• Operate a forklift to pick orders, replenish stock, and support warehouse workflow.
• Deliver orders locally using a company vehicle when needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to keep operations smooth.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
• Make daily outbound calls to contractors and current customers to book appointments.
