Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Generation Sales Representative to provide rapid responses to inbound leads and referrals, qualify prospects, and educate customers about ADP's products. You will work in a metrics-driven, structured call-center environment within a Fortune 250 company renowned for training and sales technology.

You will generate qualified opportunities, aim to meet daily quotas, and collaborate with ADP sales teams. Training is provided to help you succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• PC and web-based application proficiency required.
• Strong interest in building a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities (QSOs) based on criteria defined by the sales team.
• Reach or exceed daily quotas for dials, conversations, talk time and QSO production.
• Follow business processes and use tools such as Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Contractual and referral systems.
• Nurture cooperative relationships with ADP sales teams.
• Support the Inside Sales force and assist in the closing process.
