The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with TMS/ERP/CRM is a plus. This role focuses on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service.
• Experience with freight quoting or shipment coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare freight quotes and assist with pricing based on customer requirements
• Communicate with customers regarding rates, shipment details, schedules, and service options.
• Process orders and shipment requests accurately
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment handling
• Track shipments and provide customers with status updates and documentation
• Follow up on quotes, customer inquiries, and pending shipments
• Maintain accurate customer, shipment, and pricing information
• Assist with customer service, sales follow-up, and general administrative tasks
