Job summary

FreightTAS, based in Torrance/Los Angeles, seeks an experienced Inside Sales Executive to price, quote, procure and win international shipments, converting opportunities into revenue.

You will work with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and operations to develop competitive air, ocean, and multimodal solutions. If you know how to price and build quotes that win business, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international freight pricing and procurement.
• Experience preparing and managing freight quotations.
• Understanding of air and ocean freight; multimodal is a plus.
• Ability to analyze rates and margins.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop business.
• Prepare accurate and competitive international freight quotations.
• Work with pricing and procurement teams to secure rates.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers.
• Follow up on quotations and convert quotes into shipments.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth quote-to-shipment transition.
• Develop a strong pipeline toward revenue and gross-profit targets.
• Support account development and increase customer spend.
