Job summary

Green Valley Roofing is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support sales and marketing by handling incoming leads, making outbound calls, following up on estimates, and helping close qualified opportunities. You will work directly with homeowners and businesses, explaining next steps and guiding customers through the process to secure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or sales support.
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, estimates, and conversations at once.
• Experience using CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Management: Answer calls, gather customer info, determine next steps.
• Outbound Calling: Follow up on leads, discuss estimates, engage prospects.
• Appointment Scheduling: Set up qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
• Sales Follow-Up: Maintain communication after appointments and estimates.
• Closing Support: Address questions, explain proposals, guide through closing.
• Job Closing: Help convert opportunities into signed jobs with follow-up and objections handling.
• Customer Guidance: Explain options, scope, and next steps to customers.
• Sales Team Support: Share lead details and updates with the team.
• Marketing Collaboration: Provide feedback on leads and customer questions.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity.
• Customer Communication: Be a friendly, professional point of contact.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, production, and office staff.
• After-Hours Availability: Respond to calls outside normal hours when needed.
