TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Inside Sales/Call Center Representative to be the voice of the company, connecting with homeowners over the phone, introducing our premium roofing solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives—no hard selling, just genuine conversations.

You will educate customers on how our roofing services protect and enhance homes, meet daily KPIs, and grow with a supportive, energetic team that values integrity, mentorship, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills on the phone, clear and upbeat.
• Resilient and positive attitude with the ability to handle objections.
• Basic computer literacy; comfortable with CRMs and office software.
• Ability to submit to and pass a background check.
• Thrives in a high call-volume environment with energy and focus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads; no cold calling.
• Answer inbound calls and deliver excellent customer service.
• Educate prospects with brief, over-the-phone product demonstrations.
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule follow-up appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs (dials per hour, appointments, conversion rates).
• Overcome objections and explain the benefits of residential roofing.
