Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections with a positive attitude.
• Comfort with CRM and phone systems.
• Reliable and punctual with meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads - no cold calling from scratch.
• Answer inbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Educate prospects by conducting brief, over the phone product demonstrations.
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule follow-up appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs - dials per hour, appointments set, conversion rates.
• Overcome objections and guide homeowners through roofing benefits.
